Gerry has helped pioneer the Y.W.A.M. “House of Hope” medical and dental centre in Dakar, Senegal from 1993-2001. His duties included the training of seven Senegalese nationals in primary dental care. The “House of Hope” continues to serve the medical and dental needs of the poor to this day.

The most important ingredient a person needs is a caring heart coupled with perseverance.”
